We wish every customer the very best experience in our online-store here at LeButik. The following are the terms and condtions that folow with shopping and interacting with our store. We do recommend you read these prior to making purchases. The terms and conditions may be amended and adjusted over time.
Your credit-card information is encrypted and secured. LeButik.dk does reserve the right to cancel or delay any order at suspicion of fraud etc. Any attempts are committing fraud is reported to local law-enforcement.
When making a purchase the amount is charged immediately and you receive in addition to a confirmation of purchase and email.
On purchases of smaller items you will receive the item directly in your mail, orders requiring boxing will be sent to your local pick-up point.
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising in relation to this terms and conditions are subject to Danish Law. We may amend these terms and conditions at any time, in accordance with current regulations.
We reserve the right of force majeure, meaning that these terms and conditions can’t be wholly applied in cases of strikes, riots, lock-downs, natural disasters or measures by the authorities of a similar nature.
All rights are reserved. This webshop is the property of TAC. Any use, copying of this website in whole or in part for any commercial use is prohibited and not permitted.

We at LeButik.dk reserve the right to have small deviations from the represented materials, colors and appearance of articles on the web-shop. This includes faults due to variance of screen color display from device to device and also includes changes in stock, pricing and typos in descriptions.
All prices include the Danish vat (25%) and creators part of the collaboration always get their share.
When shopping at our site all articles remain our property until such time as payment is full-filled, we do reserve the right to cancel or delay any order at suspicion of fraud etc. Any attempts are committing fraud is reported to local law-enforcement.
Shipping is done by standrad mail-service (PostNord) when small orders, packages are shipped using DOA. Ye3z reserves the right to determine which is most effective. Your order will be sent to the address you fill in when making your purchase.
Customs & Fees
Make sure that you are aware of your local import and custom fees for the country you have selected shipping to, as you will be charged for such fees.
Should a package not be collected or not picked-up, we will then charge 25 EUR for any declined items - should you refuse to pick up or sign for the order. If you change your mind about a purchase then contact costumer service asap, and it might be cancelled before being shipped. We move fast and should it already have been shipped, you will need to pick it up and return the product in order to be eligible for a refund. If you observe any damage to the product, report at point of pick up and also costumer service. Upon returning a product you hold the responsibility for it until confirmed returned.
Returns & Refunds
Danish law on the subject matter applies, you can see these on the Danish Commerce website.You have the right to return a product 30 days from receiving it. Costumer -service needs to be contacted within the allotted time, should you have a change of heart about a purchase. The products needs to be unused, with its labels and tags intact and in good order. Items such as hygiene-face-masks can not be returned if seal on their see-through bags have been broken - as such item can’t be resold due to hygiene. Clothes and accessories that have been soiled, worn (apart from being tried on) or washed can not be returned and if this is found to be the case a refund is refused. Any item returned needs to include a returns-note which you receive and can print when you contact costumer-service. Returns missing such a return-note or not properly filled out may not be eligible for refund.
You receive your refund on the same account you paid with. The articles/product needs to be undamaged and unused, with labels and tags intact. It may take a week before before the money reaches your account.
Products are considered faulty if they were received in a damaged state, or should there be a manufacturing mistake/fault. Second-hand items bought from LeButik are understood by buyer to have been priorly used or worn and buyer should be aware of that they are not necessarily in pristine condition, but are in the condition as advertised, depicted and described. Items damaged from normal wear and tear is not considered faulty. For faulty items a full refund is made.
We may offer to repair or replace faulty item if possible, which can be chosen instead of a refund, depending on stock and item.
As the LeButik store is a collection and cooperation between various stores, suppliers and artists -the specifics on the details on returns varies depending on the item purchased, specifically the silk-scarfs which are hand-painted and works of art.
Should you have a change of heart and you want to refund a product, you have the possibility to do so within 14 days, under the condition that the inner see-through plastic pocket remains unopened. This means that the sticker, sealing the pocket, must be intact.
We have made it this way, so that upon your receipt, you can see the product through the plastic pocket, and in case it is the wrong product or you have changed your mind, it can be sent back unopened.
This guarantees that the art-work stays untampered with and can be enjoyed by another. If the sealed plastic pocket has been opened or the sticker broken, the item cannot then be returned, as it can no longer be resold. If item on the other-hand has a defect or damage please contact us.
The art-work is closely inspected and documented before packaging and verified to be in good condition prior to sealing the pocket.
If return is desired due to a defect or damage in the art-work, costumer-service should be contacted at email@example.com with photos of said defect. This will then be looked into ASAP and any damage found to have been missed by the packaging inspection, will warrant a return of said product and you will be sent a Damage Return Form with instructions.
